We had the immense pleasure of working with Falan and Moses for their beautiful cultural fusion wedding at The Eglinton Grand.
Their backgrounds were brought in with special and meaningful touches throughout the day. The bride has a background from Newfoundland and the groom hails from Grenada, Africa.
These kind souls are what you would call dream clients. They were so thoughtful to each other, their friends and all of the wedding pros involved throughout the entire planning process.
The wedding party came from all over the world to be with them on their special day.
There were special surprises throughout the evening (even to us!). Suprise dancing, surprise speeches and even more dancing.
Paying homage to Falan’s Newfie roots, Moses was “Screeched In”. “The “screech-in” is an optional ceremony performed on non-Newfoundlanders (known to Newfoundlanders as a “come from away” or “mainlander”) involving a shot of screech, a short recitation and the kissing of a cod.” en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Newfoundland_Screech
