With over two decades in the wedding industry and a heart that beats for creating meaningful celebrations, I am here, along with my team of WPIC-certified pros, to ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly, just the way you have imagined.
Here is how we will take care of you:
1. A Personal Connection (Complimentary Meet & Greet)
Lets start with a relaxed, no-pressure chat to get to know each other. We want to make sure we are the right fit and that you feel completely confident with us by your side.
2. Detailed Planning Session (Around 6 Weeks Out)
We will roll up our sleeves and dive into everything you have planned so far. From reviewing your vendor contracts to walking through timelines and logistics, we will make sure nothing is missed, and everything flows just right.
3. Unlimited Communication
Got a question? Feeling overwhelmed? We are here. Call, email, WhatsApp. We will be your sounding board and your safety net right up to the big day.
4. A Second Set of Expert Hands (At No Extra Charge!)
You will have a WPIC-certified assistant planner join me on the wedding day to keep everything running smoothly, from an hour before the ceremony until you’re enjoying your reception.
5. Final Touchpoints & Rehearsal Support
Two weeks before the wedding, we will meet again to finalize timelines and talk through any last-minute details. We will also attend your rehearsal to meet your wedding party and coordinate with your officiant.
6. Full Wedding Day Management
This is where we shine. We will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, quietly handling any hiccups and ensuring your day is full of joy, not logistics. You get to soak in every moment, knowing we have got it all covered.
